My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the location was fantastic. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant overall experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location for my stay. The hotel is right by the beach, and although it’s a bit far from restaurants, the proximity to events like dolphin interactions and the Mayan museum made it worth it. The rooms on the high floors with 2 queen beds on level 7 offered lovely views, enhancing the experience. The service was exceptional in all areas, except for one staff member who was a bit dismissive. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided excellent service, and its facilities were well-equipped. The price was a bit steep, but the value for money can be justified by the top-notch service and the stunning location.
